Stocked compounds generally ship within 1-3 business days after order review and release. Made-to-order items are reviewed against domestic California facility capacity and receive compound-specific lead time confirmation during request review.

2. Packaging and Handling

Materials are packaged for laboratory receipt with handling and storage guidance aligned to the product documentation provided.

3. Destination Review

Shipping destinations may be reviewed before release. We reserve the right to decline or delay shipment based on regulatory, documentation, or risk considerations.

4. Tracking
